Notice is hereby given of a hearing to be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 7:00pm, at the Bradford Community Center, concerning a request by Doug Webb for a Special Exception, per Article III, Section B; Article IV, Section 3.b.4; and Article V, Section B.2 of the Bradford Zoning Ordinance.
The applicant proposes to create a retaining wall behind the main Hardware Store and build extra room for Mill work as well as storage for the hardware store on Rt. 114 (Map7 Lot 2).
