ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Notice is hereby given of a hearing to be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 7:00pm, at the Bradford Community Center, concerning a request by Tim and Cindy Cullinane for a Variance, per Article III, Section D for minimum setback of the Bradford Zoning Ordinance.
The applicants proposes to build a new 12×14 storage shed 30’ from the road and 66’ from the river, or tear down the old 12×10 shed and build a new 12×14 shed in the same location on 212 Fairgrounds Rd. (Map2/ Lot 32&33).
