BUDGET COMMITTEE MINUTES
FEBRUARY 18, 2015
6:30PM
Call To Order and Roll Call
Dick Keller, Chair called the meeting to order at 6:35pm with George Cilley, Beth Downs, John Pfeifle, Selectmen Representative and Marge Cilley, Secretary present.
Don Jackson, Will Hurley, Susan Reynolds were absent.
Consideration and Review of February 11, 2015 Minutes:
Motion was made by George Cilley to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by Beth Downs. Motion carried unanimously.
Budget – Review and Signing the MS-737:
Question arose regarding the Highway Department listed as the amount needed but the Fire Department is listed as the full amount. Response was that the Highway Department is for a lease for the truck and the Fire Department is a purchase for their vehicle with the Capital Reserve taken out of it.
Other concerns discussed were the Estimated Revenues.
The MS-737 was signed by Beth Downs, George Cilley, Dick Keller, Chair and John Pfeifle, Selectmen Representative. Will Hurley will also sign.
Review of the Warrant:
General discussion ensued.
Public Input and Comments:
There was no public in attendance and no public comments.
John Pfeifle, Selectmen Representative advised the Selectmen will meet and let the Budget Committee Chair know to be able to attend in preparation of Town Meeting.
There is no further meeting scheduled at this time.
Meeting adjourned 7:15pm.
