NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & SITE WALK
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2017, in the Community Center, concerning a request by Eric Buck for a Special Exception, per Article V, Section B.2, and Variance, per Article 3, Section D, and another Variance, per Article 3, Section D#4 of the Bradford Zoning Ordinance.
The applicant proposes to remove an existing non-conforming structure (house and attached deck) and build a new non-confirming structure (house and attached deck) located at 82 East Shore Dr. Map20/Lot27 (Property owners Ted and Susan Chumas).
There will also be a Site Walk at 82 East Shore Rd on September 11th at 4:00pm.
