Parking on Public Ways During Snow Storms

ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING ON PUBLIC WAYS DURING SNOW STORMS

Pursuant to the authority invested in the Selectmen of the Town of Bradford under New Hampshire revised statutes annotated, Chapter 47:17, the following ordinance shall be in effect from November 15 through April 1, unless otherwise rescinded.

No vehicle shall be parked upon a public way in the Town of Bradford during and after a snowstorm until the said public way has been plowed and is suitable for proper vehicle traffic. It shall be the responsibility of the owner to remove said vehicle should said snowstorm occur during the midnight hours. This shall include all public ways throughout the Town.

Anyone violating the above ordinance shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and not more than Fifty dollars ($50.00). The removal of any motor vehicle shall be done at the expense of the owner.
