Meeting called to order at 7:00pm by Marcia Keller, Chair.

Review and Consideration of Minutes
Motion made to approve the minutes as received with edit of one misspelled name. Motion approved 5-0. Mark Keith abstained.
Earth Excavation & Reclamation Regulation Amendments
Board agreed amendments are ready to move forward. Public Hearing is scheduled for January 27, 2015 at 7pm at the Bradford Community Center.
Map 2 Lot 29- Mock Property
Mr. Mock responded to the Site Plan Review Requested letter by phone. Stated that there is no new business at the property and any purchases were made for personal use only.
Town Report
2014 Planning Board Town Report was reviewed and accepted by the board.
Information Session with Bernie Waugh, Town Attorney
Board discussed scheduling a time for the Town Attorney to give an information session on legal changes in NH applicable to the Town of Bradford. Dates being considered are March 24th and April 14th.
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 27, 2015 following the Public Hearing at 7pm. With no other business to come before the board, meeting adjourned at 7:54pm
