February 28, 2017
Meeting called to order by Erich, Chair, at 7:00PM.

Review and Consideration of Minutes
Minutes of Feb. 16th were approved with no changes.
Gravel Pits:
Gravel inspections need to happen shortly and Claire stated that she will contact all the current gravel pit owners to set these up. Suzzanne will contact Harriet Hobbs Cresswell, because she knows her and so far the Planning Board has reached out to her a couple of times and has never heard anything back. Garret stated that he would be willing to go on some of the inspections with Claire, and Claire will also check in with Carol to see if she is still interested in going to one or more of them.
Other Business:
- Claire mentioned that she received a complaint about kearsarge collectibles; she will give a Zoning Complaint form to the individual.
- Junk Yards: Claire reminded the Board to research the RSA’s regarding Junk Yards in case there is an application submitted
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday March 14th, 2017 at 7:00pm at BACC.
