RFP for roof repairs at the Town Hall

Request for proposal

The Bradford Board of Selectmen requests proposals for the evaluation and repair/replacement of the Town Hall roof on West Main Street, in Bradford. Depending on the result of the evaluation, the town will proceed with the project immediately. Proof of insurance will be required prior to the award of the contract.

The Town will provide the necessary materials (shingles) based on the quantities in the proposal. The removal of the old shingles (if necessary) will be disposed of by the town.

All proposals should be submitted to the Bradford Selectmen’s office in the Bradford Area Community Center at 134 East Main Street or by mail at P.O. Box 436, Bradford, NH 03221 by August 8th, 2014 at noon.

The Board reserves the right to refuse any and all proposals. The award will be made by the Board for construction during the month of August.
