Meeting called to order at 5:30pm
Roll Call- John Pfeifle, Chairman; Sonny Harris, Selectman; Harry Wright, Selectman
Regular Business
- Letters of response to all firms that submitted RFQs for the Bement Bridge.
- Tax interest waiver request received by Bradford resident. Motion made to provide requested waiver. Voted 3-0
- Notice of hearing signed by Selectmen
- Budget discussed. Proposed 2016 overall operating budget is within 1% of 2015 operating budget. Selectmen would like a spreadsheet detailing all warrant articles as they could have the greatest impact on the tax rate. -The Budget Committee meets Thursday, December 3, 2015.
- Quote received from Primex for property liability insurance and workers comp. Still waiting on a quote from Davis & Towle.
- Discussed beaver dam problem. Chair will speak with Ed Miller about possibility of removing dams. Will revisit at next week’s meeting.
Accounts Payable and Payroll Manifest reviewed and signed.
Minutes of November 23, 2015 meeting were reviewed and accepted with change to Appearances, #1, line 2, “endorsements funds”.
Motion made to move into Non-Public session per RSA 91:A:3IIa, personnel. Voted 3-0.
Public meeting adjourned at 5:45pm.
