Town Hall Restoration Oversight Committee (THROC) Agenda

November 1, 2017

  1. Review and approve minutes of October 10, 2017 meeting.
  2. Review and discuss BOS meeting with Fire Marshal of 10/19/17.
  3. Review content of Jay Barrett’s presentation to the BOS of 10/25/17.
  4. Discuss next steps: lower building, then what?
    1. Continue with carpentry, structural work, etc. until funds are spent?
    2. Spend nothing until next Town Meeting?
    3. Something in between – temporary heat? Electric?  Partial structural work?  Others???
  5. Create a statement of the THROC position re: ‘next action items’ to present to the BOS.
  6. Other business.
  7. Set next meeting date.
