Town Hall Restoration Oversight Committee Minutes 10/27/16, Town Hall
Meeting called to order by Brackett Scheffy, Moderator at 5:30pm. Committee members present were Harry Wright, Chairman, Michele Halsted, and Scott Mckenney.
The minutes of the 10/17/16 meeting was approved.
Scott reported that he has been in contact with some of the potential bidders. Many potential bidders are reluctant to spend more time on a project that has not produced results. Also, several expressed displeasure with the fact that their past efforts had not been recognized.
Harry will create a letter acknowledging this lack of recognition, thank the past contributors and bring them up to date on the current situation.
Also discussed was the most cost effective way of getting full size architectural plans to give to potential bidders. Alternatives will be reviewed by several committee members.
Next meeting date was not set. Scott will be out of town for a few days over the next 2-3 weeks, but his schedule is not firm yet. Once he has defined his schedule, a meeting date and place will be set.
