The Selectmen of Bradford, NH will sell at 149 East Main Street, Bradford, NH the following properties taken for taxes at PUBLIC AUCTION
2.29 ACRES open land on the corner West Road/South Ridge Road (map 5 lot 25) no minimum or reserve
10.84 ACRES with camp off of Fairgrounds Road (map2 lot 28B) no minimum or reserve
2.3 ACRES open land at 149 East Main Street (sale location for all parcels) $20,000 minimum opening bid
.5 ACRES open land adjacent to 149 East Main Street.
The two adjacent parcels will be offered separately and together; bidding will stay open until all advance on both the separate offering and the joint offering has been exhausted. The manner of sale will be determined by the seller.
Properties may be viewed anytime; bidder’s package available at town offices during business hours. Monday – Friday 8-4:00 pm
Terms of Sale: $2500 down by CASH or CERTIFIED CHECK on each parcel at time of sale; balance due within 30 DAYS at closing upon delivery of Tax Collector’s deed (Quit Claim); sale per order Selectmen, Town of Bradford. Each property will be sold to the highest bidder at or above the minimum bid. Bidders are responsible for determining the status of the property being offered. The properties are being sold as is.
