ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Notice is hereby given of a hearing to be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at 6:00pm, in the Community Center, concerning a request by Anthony Rosa for a Special Exception, per Article IV, Section B 3.b.4 of the Bradford Zoning Ordinance regarding Description of Districts.
The applicant proposes to operate a hunting preserve out of their residence 647 East Washington Rd (Map 8 Lot 31).
There will also be a Site Walk at 647 East Washington Rd on June 28th at 5:00pm. People are asked to meet at the end of the driveway and Mr. Rosa will be there to walk around the property.
