Review and Consideration of Minutes
Minutes of May 3rd, 2017 were accepted with the change of adding Bob Hodges as absent
Receipt of Applications:
Anthony Rosa presented the Board with an application for a Special Exception proposing to run a hunting preserve out of their residence on 647 East Washington Rd. The property consists of 158 acres which is primarily forested. Tony went over his business plan with the Board and they reviewed the application. There was a motion to accept the application as compete and to have a Public Hearing on July 5th at 6:00PM vote 5-0. There was also a motion to have a site walk on June 28th at 5:00pm at 647 East Washington Rd, vote 5-0
Old Business:
Review of Bradford Zoning Ordinance: Stephen will review the section on Sewage and Sludge; Bill: Wetlands; Nathanial: District Divisions; Denise: Accessory Dwelling; Brooks will review all of the Ordinance; Heather will also do a general overview. There will be a special meeting on July 19th at 7:00 to go over each section. This meeting will be posted.
