Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 672:3, by the Bradford Planning Board. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 7:00 pm, at the Bradford Town Hall, 75 West Main Street, Bradford, NH for an Expedited Subdivision Application of Joseph D. and Sally A. Torro, Map 17, Lots 44 & 47. The purpose of the application is to annex 0.15 acre from lot 44 to lot 47 with the final area of lot 44 equal to 2.60 acres and lot 47 equal to 0.57 acre.
