Notice is hereby given by the Bradford NH Zoning Board of Adjustment, in accordance with RSA 91-A:2.
A site walk, open to the public, will be held at 5 PM, Monday, June 2, 2025, on the property of James R. and Debra C. Six, located at 41 Fairgrounds Road, Bradford NH, Map 2 Lot 20.
The owners are seeking a variance from the zoning ordinance requirement of at least 250 feet of road frontage for new subdivided lots.
