Old Business:
Reviewed job description duties and responsibilities for Cemetery Maintenance; Drafted revisions and updates to position summary. Created new (final) job description; 3-0.
Draft language for RFP (Cemetery Maintenance). One-year contract with option for renewal. Will be submitted to Board of Selectmen; 3-0.
Revised rules and regulations; draft forthcoming 3-0. Proposed revisions to be published in Bradford Bridge & public hearing will be scheduled.
New Business:
Discussed bidding/RFP process; agreed necessary to include references, certificate of liability insurance, term of contract, payment schedule and report of work performed.
Trustees will meet again in January 2020 to discuss town meeting warrant article
Signed lot deeds.
Confirmed fencing for Union Cemetery will be done in spring 2020.
