A quorum was not held so the members in attendance began an informal meeting at 7:05pm.

Review and Consideration of Minutes
Minutes of November 10, 2015 reviewed.
Master Plan
Ann Eldridge was present to give input from the Conservation Commission. Discussion included proposed questions for the Master Plan Questionnaire and means of getting the survey out to residents. Reviewed input received from Michele Halstead, RHC. Group also discussed an every 10 year versus every 2 year Master Plan. Garrett Bauer suggested that, in an effort to get more feedback, board members look at the 2006 Master Plan questions and choose 3 questions they like and 3 they do not.

– Letter received from Joint Board of Licensure re: letter of complaint against T. Dombroski.
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 7:00pm at BACC.
Meeting ended at 7:45pm
