TOWN OF BRADFORD
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
JANUARY 5, 2011
7:00PM
Brooks McCandlish, Chair opened the meeting at 7:06pm with Andrew Pinard, Richard Dionne and Marge Cilley, Secretary present.
Motion was made by Andrew Pinard to accept the minutes of October 7, 2010 as presented. Seconded by Richard Dionne. Motion carried 3-0.
Mention was made of the terms of office, and Les Gordon and Andrew Pinard’s terms expire in 2011.
Other business of concern to the ZBA, but not heard from include:
1. Lumber Barn – expanded signs
2. Corsair Realty – gravel pit- needs approval of a Special Exception by the ZBA.
3. Jim Bibbo-renewal of a variance for subdivision of a lot with less than 2 buildable acres.
Andrew Pinard suggested that perhaps it would be good if the ZBA reviewed some of the cases that have come before the ZBA and make recommendations for future amendments if necessary. Some interest previously was around the lake properties.
Motion was made seconded and carried to adjourn at 7:13pm.
Motion was made to continue to hold the ZBA meetings on Wednesday evenings, and the next meeting is scheduled for: Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at 7:00pm.
