Notice of Public Bond Hearings

Pursuant to FSA 33:8-a, 3 public bond hearings will be held to hear components on the proposed issuance of the following three bonds:
1. Bond not to exceed One Million Three Hundred Sixty Five Thousand dollars ($1,365,000) for the purpose of constructing a 10,800 sq ft Highway Garage and 2,400 sq ft salt shed on Map 3 Lot 110 adjacent to the Route 114 access.
2. Bond not to exceed Six Hundred Forty Four Thousand dollars ($644,000) to construct a 3,300 sq ft Police Department on Map 3 Lot 110 adjacent to the Route 114 access.
3. Bond not to exceed One Million Three Hundred Fifty thousand dollars ($1,350,000) for the purpose of constructing a new Highway Garage and Salt Shed on the lower portion of the transfer station lot.
