Call To Order and Roll Call:
Andrew Pinard, Acting Chair opened the meeting with Nancy McEachern and Marge Cilley, Secretary present.
Brooks McCandlish, Chair, George Cilley and Denise Renk were absent.
Marge Cilley, Secretary thanked Nancy McEachern for finishing putting the old Zoning Board of Adjustment files in order by filing by Map and Lot numbers.
Review of the January 2, 2013 minutes:
The January 2, 2013 minutes were reviewed, but not having a quorum were not voted on.
Receipt of Applications:
No Applications were received this month.
Revised Application for Variance Form Update:
Update – Application for rehearing:
Update – Appeal for an Administrative decision:
All of the above will be brought up at the March 6, 2013 Zoning Board of Adjustment
regular scheduled meeting.
There being no other business to come before the Board, meeting adjourned at 7:08pm.

Call to Order and Roll Call:
Brooks McCandlish, Chair called the meeting to order at 7:02pm with George Cilley, Andrew Pinard, Nancy McEachern, Denise Renk and Marge Cilley, Secretary
Review and Consideration of December 5, 2012 minutes:
Motion was made by Andrew Pinard to approve the December 5, 2012 minutes. Seconded by George Cilley. Nancy McEachern advised her name was spelled incorrectly at McEachren, should be McEachern. Motion carried 5-0 with Edit.
There were no Applications received.
Revision of Application for Special Exception Form:
Andrew Pinard advised the revised Special Exception Form had been e-mailed to the members after the last meeting. Andrew went over the changes with the committee
at length.
Motion was made by Andrew Pinard to approve and adopt the Application for Special Exception Form as amended with the addition of the revised date showing on the form. Motion seconded by George Cilley. Motion carried 5-0.
New Business:
Revised Application for Variance:
Andrew Pinard handed out the old version of the Application for Variance to compare with the updated form to be consistent with the current version of the Application for Special Exception Form. After going through this with the committee, it was decided by the committee that Andrew will further update it and work on it at the February 6, 2013 meeting.
Other applications include: Application for Rehearing and an Application for an Appeal for an Administrative Decision which will also be looked at at the next meeting.
Also mentioned was the letter for the upcoming Town Report which the Chair will do and present to the board for review.
Mention was made for dates to file for registering for elections being January 23, 2013 through February 6th.
There being no other business to come before the board motion was made and seconded to adjourn at 7:50pm. Motion carried 5-0.

Call to Order and Roll Call:
Brooks McCandlish, Chair called the meeting to order at 7:00pm with Andrew Pinard, George Cilley, Nancy McEachren, Denise Renk and Marge Cilley, Secretary present.
Review and Consideration of November 7, 2012 minutes:
Motion was made by George Cilley to approve the November 7th minutes as presented. Seconded by Andrew Pinard. Motion carried 4-0. Andrew Pinard abstained.
Review of 2013 ZBA Budget:
After much discussion regarding the anticipated activity for 2013, the conclusion is for the following budget.
Motion was made by Andrew Pinard for the ZBA Part Time Wages # 4191-1201 be set at $600.000. Seconded by George Cilley. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion was made by Andrew Pinard for the ZBA Supplies #4191-6003 be set at $100.00. Motion seconded by George Cilley. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion was made by Andrew Pinard for the ZBA Seminars #4191-6200 be set at $150.00. Seconded by George Cilley. Motion carried 5-0
The total Zoning Budget was set at $850.00 for 2013.
Motion was made by Andrew Pinard to pass the 2013 Budget on to the Selectmen. Seconded by Denise Renk. The Secretary passed it onto the Administrator this evening.
Discussion took place regarding how much money is brought into the town from Zoning Board of Adjustment activities through Application Fees, Newspaper Notices, making some of the expenses an actual wash.
Application for Special Exception Form Update:
Andrew Pinard has been working on the wording of the Special Exception Form and it was discussed at length. Five pages have been reduced to four. At this time, Andrew will change a few sections of wording and forward it to the Secretary to be forwarded to the members for them to critique before printing.
Terms expiring for the ZBA this coming year are Brooks McCandlish and George Cilley.
Motion was made, seconded and carried to adjourn at 8:00pm. Motion carried unanimously.

Call to Order and Roll Call:
Brooks McCandlish, Chair called the meeting to order at 7:07pm with George Cilley, Nancy McEachern and Marge Cilley, Secretary present. Andrew Pinard and Denise Renk were absent.
Review and Consideration of October 3, 2012 minutes:
Motion was made by Nancy McEachern to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by George Cilley. Motion carried 3-0.
To Do Folder:
Brooks McCandlish, Chair signed a payment request from Intertown Record.
Mention was made of two Boundary Line Adjustments received from the Planning Board. Singh and Heselton.
Special Exception Form:
Brooks McCandlish suggested to put the Special Exception Form on hold for now.
This will be on the Agenda for the December meeting.
Update on “Fundamentals for Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Adjustments” Held on October 27, 2012 at LGC:
George Cilley gave a brief statement regarding the informative/educational meeting with some of the highlights.
Discussion regarding member terms:
Discussion took place regarding length of terms for members and the need for additional alternates.
Tri-folds for Town Departments:
Sue McKevitt is working on Tri-folds with important information for patrons from each department to help them expedite their goals by informing them what they need and where to find it. It was thought that on the tri-folds a listing of members with their term expiration should be printed.
ZBA needs a 2013 Budget request form.
