She did not have an application but wanted to get the boards opinion on whether or not she would be able to build a 30’x30’ storage unit on that lot considering it is a non-conforming lot. Bob asked the Board to vote to advise on whether or not he should recuse himself. The Board voted 4-0 stating that Bob should recuse himself. Heather…
