Minutes, Town Hall Restoration Oversight Committee meeting of 12/13/17, BACC Meeting called to order by Brackett Scheffy, Moderator, at 5:35pm.   Committee members present were Harry Wright, Brackett Scheffy, Jason Allen, and Michele Halsted.   Also in attendance was Karen Hambleton, Town Administrator, George Born of LCHIP and Jay Barrett of Barrett Architecture. George provided an excellent overview of LCHIP’s function in general and their role in the Town Hall restoration project.  He affirmed that our request to limit the LCHIP project focus to the ongoing structural upgrades was practical. Library Trustee Minutes 12.06.17

Brown Memorial Library Trustee DRAFT Meeting Minutes, Wednesday, December 6, 2017 Attendance: Connie Scheffy, Patty Furness, Nola Jordan, Annette Leonas, Sandy Wadlington, Mary Chris Duncan, Meg Fearnley, and Ellen Barselle. The board meeting was called to order at 6:00prm. 1. The secretary’s report was presented, and a motion was made and passed to accept the report. 2. The treasurer’s report was presented. The library received donations in the total amount of $285.20: $218.00 from general donations and $67.20 from the on-going book sale. A motion was made and passed to accept the donations. Clough billed library for parts for the new furnace, but this was a mistake in billing. Bill was corrected. Budget was turned in to town administrator, but…

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BRADFORD, NH ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT   The Bradford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing regarding a site plan for a motor vehicular junk yard submitted by William C Heselton on property located on County Rd and Rowe Rd (Map 9 Lot 45). Board of Selectmen Meeting Minutes December 4, 2017 Pledge of Allegiance Meeting called to order at 5:30 pm Roll Call- John Pfeifle, Chairman; Sonny Harris, Selectman; Jim Bibbo, Selectman; Karen Hambleton, Town Administrator and Marilyn Gordon, Treasurer were in attendance Appearances: Chris Gamache – Rail Trail Project: John Pfeifle, Chair, reiterated the Select Board’s support of the project as a way to improve the town and attract people to Bradford. Chris Gamache, from the NH Bureau of Trails, indicated this project was chosen for funding due to the fact it benefits a wide group of diversified users and provides for safe passage across Lake Todd.
