Meeting called to order at 5:30 p.m.
Present: Marlene Freyler, Jarna Perkins, Erica Gross
- Erica made a motion to approve the minutes of December 8, 2021. Jarna seconded. All in favor, 3-0.
2. Signed the 2022 Cemetery Maintenance Contract. Fritz Von Beren will continue to maintain the cemeteries.
3. Changes to the Warrant Article were approved.
4. Discussion on the wording of “perpetual care” when selling a Lot.
5. Worked on narrative for the town report.
6. Decision to update the database, cross referencing information that we have with the Town Clerk office for better accuracy.
7. Decision to move meetings where computer access is available.
