Meeting called to order at 5:33 p.m.

1. Jarna made a motion to approve the minutes of January 2022. Erica seconded. All in favor, 3-0.
2. Rules of Procedure were tabled until a later date.
3. Starting process of maintenance needs at the cemeteries and prioritizing for each cemetery.
