Marlene called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Discussed 2018 MS-9s; need to request 2019 copies to review current figures.
Reviewed current accounts and past invoicing of custodian; plan to request additional information for monthly reports.
Marlene presented revised sales lot sheet (looks great!)
Trustees signed four (4) lot deeds.
Old Business:
Continued discussion regarding changing perpetual care; intent to remove. To be introduced at Town Meeting (2020). Will explain to voters that perpetual care monies going forward will be added to lot cost.
Intent to speak with Trustees of Trust Funds to discuss expenditures; BOY calculations/common investments.
New Business:
Marlene explained where monies from gravestone repairs comes from; shared that Jane Lucas has offered to volunteer with cornerstones; reminder – cornerstones mandated prior to burial.
Confirmed water has been turned on at Sunny Plains; brief discussion on desired future replacement of water system.
