Meeting called to order at 4:15 p.m.
Present: Marlene Freyler, Jarna Perkins, Erica Gross
1. Jarna made a motion to approve the minutes of February 9, 2021. Marlene seconded. All in favor, 3-0.
2. Rules of Procedures will be written up so Trustees can provide consistent information to the public.
3. All wording of “perpetual care” will be removed as plot maintenance care is included with the price of a plot.
4. Water at Sunny Plain is turned on. We will have someone lower the water pressure and install a pressure gauge.
5. Contacted Stone Vault Co and Cornerstone Cemetery Services to give quotes for stone repairs at the cemeteries. There was no response from Stove Vault and Keith from Cornerstone Cemetery Services emailed he would contact us in a couple of weeks because of his busy schedule right now.
6. Decision to update the database, cross referencing information that we have with the Town Clerk office for better accuracy.
7. Jarna reported that the fifth grade elementary class, with the help of Commander Charles Trowbridge of Post 39, put the flags on Sunny Plain Cemetery. Jane Lucas and her crew did the other cemeteries.
