Meeting called to order at 6:06 p.m.
- Marlene discussed the call she received from Charlie Trowbridge regarding the location of the Edward Sylvester (1914-1973) plot in New Pond Cemetery. The committee will look into it and make sure there is a stone there.
- There was discussion regarding the number of cemeteries that are listed on the cemetery maintenance bid. It was determined that some of the cemetery and memorial flag placement lists were combined.
- The committee met with Fritz to discuss any issues that the committee or Fritz might have regarding the work done so far and suggestions and ideas for next year.
- We will post notices to remind everyone that items should be removed from the cemeteries before they are closed.
