Meeting called to order at 6:05 p.m.
Present: Marlene Freyler, Jarna Perkins
- Discussion of article for the Bradford Bridge regarding the closing of the cemeteries and removal of items.
- Review of the 2021 budget to date and discussion of the 2022 proposed budget. Marlene will speak with Maureen regarding some questions we have on the budget worksheet.
- The committee will draw up a contract for cemetery maintenance for 2022.
- Steve and the road crew will help with the installation for the new flag at Sunny Plain Cemetery. They will try to get it installed before Veteran’s Day.
- Katrina has moved and we will need to find a replacement to fill out the remainder of her term until voting in 2022.
- Discussion of location and dates of future meetings was decided. We will have meetings on the second Wednesday of the month at the Bradford Area Community Center at 6:00 pm. There will be no meeting in December 2021 or January 2022.
