Treasurer’s Report: Meg reported $1.08 interest earned on accounts in January. Report was accepted.

LCHIP Funding: Brooks proposed a letter be submitted by Ann to the State Finance Committee voicing our concerns
that dedicated LCHIP funds from state real estate transactions should not be diverted to pay for other state programs,
but be used for conservation as intended. The motion passed.

Breezy Hill Automotive Recycling: The application is still in active process.

Payson Lot Line Adjustment: Discussion revealed it is not a Conservation Commission issue.

Autocraft: A Bradford resident has approached the BCC with concerns that this auto repair facility is close to the
road and unsightly. Brooks made a motion to voice our concerns at the next Selectmen’s meeting to bring it to their
attention. The motion passed.

Land at Rte 114/103 Junction: This property is currently for sale, and Ann revealed that it may qualify for the
Federal Wetland Reserve Program. Brooks volunteered to speak to the owner, Sonny Harris, about possibly enlisting
this program.

abutting an existing easement.
