A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 during a special meeting beginning at 7:00 pm, at the Bradford Area Community Center, 134 East Main Street, Bradford, NH lower level for an Application for a Variance by Janet and Michael Bauer.
This proposal is located on 16 Sunset Lane in the Town of Bradford, NH, parcel identified as Map 16, Lot 29. The applicants are proposing an extension off an existing garage to be used for winter storage of a boat.
