Meeting called to order by Jim Bibbo, Chair, at 7:00pm.

Review and Consideration of Minutes
Edit to minutes of 10/13/15: Master Plan, line 2 what reads “the Conservation Commission” should read “Laura Hallahan and the Bradford Business Assoc.”
Motion made to approve minutes of October 13, 2015 with edit. Voted 5-0, Jim Bibbo abstained.
CIP for Signature
CIP Certificate of Adoption signed by board members. This document will be available for absent board members to sign in the Town Office until Friday morning. Chair advised the CIP was presented to Selectmen and Budget Committee. Secretary will e-mail copies to both committees and provide physical copies to the Budget Committee for their next meeting.
Master Plan
Garrett Bauer and Claire James gave update on Master Plan. A Build-Out Analysis was discussed and Bill Duffy was provided a sample for the board’s review.
-Claire James advised that it is not possible to include surveys with the tax statements.
-An official Master Plan subcommittee will be formed in 2016.
To Do Folder
-Secretary submitted her resignation from position effective December 31, 2015 due to her appointment as Town Clerk effective January 1, 2016. Secretary recommended Bradford resident Kati Beaton as a replacement, who is available to begin April 2016.
-Secretary will post the job opening on the town website.
-Claire James and Garrett Bauer advised they will not be able to attend any Planning Board meetings in December 2015.
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 7:00pm at BACC.
