Call to Order and Roll Call:
Phil LaMoreaux, Chair called the meeting to order at 7:10pm with Bill Glennie, Marcia Keller, Jack Meaney, Selectmen Representative, Jim Bibbo, Alternate, Sonny Harris, and Marge Cilley, Secretary present. Absent were Barbara Vannata and Barry Wheeler.
Phil LaMoreaux, Chair seated Jim Bibbo for Barbara Vannata.
Review and Consideration of November 24, 2009 Minutes:
Motion was made by Jim Bibbo to approve as presented. Seconded by Marcia Keller. Motion carried 6-0.
To Do Folder Reviewed:
Several upcoming workshops were discussed.
Notification to Battles/Erickson and Doug Jackson regarding recording of their Lot Line Adjustment was noted.
Public Hearing on Work Force Housing:
Several Sub-committee meetings have been held and the Work Force Housing draft had been sent out for review by Town Counsel. Town Counsel forwarded some concerns which were discussed this evening. Much discussion concerning wording and some adjustments were made to the draft.
Phil LaMoreaux, Chair opened the floor for Public comments.
There being no public comments, Phil closed the floor to public comments.
Motion was made by Bill Glennie to accept the Workforce Housing Ordinance draft with the administrative amendments in preparation to presenting it on the ballot to the voters at the Town Meeting in March 2010. Seconded by Jim Bibbo. Motion carried 6-0.
Copies of the Workforce Housing Ordinance will be made available prior to Town Meeting in public places for public information.
It was also stated that the Sign Ordinance and Workforce Housing Ordinance will be on the Town Website.
Mention was made that Caroline Demers, Mosiac Artiques will be at the January 12, 2010 meeting.
Motion to adjourn made, seconded and carried.
