Review and Consideration of Minutes

Minutes of March 8, 2016 reviewed and approved with no changes.

Master Plan:

Claire and Garret passed out 80-100 copies of the survey at the town meeting, and the surveys are being sent back to the town office completed. Secretary will gather the completed surveys that are sent back in to the Town Office and will keep them in a folder to be reviewed by the board. The Board agreed that they will collate the master plan once all the surveys have been returned. Claire will follow up with Mike regarding the online survey. The Board suggested that there should be a reminder sent to town residents to please fill out their survey if they haven’t already. They will post this notice in the Bridge, on the website, at the post office, and the bank. Once there is a sufficient amount of completed surveys returned, the Board will be looking for volunteers to help collate the results.

Other Business:

The Board is currently looking for alternates to join the board. At the meeting three residents expressed their interests in becoming an alternate. The Board then voted in Michael James, Susan Simano, and Pam Bruss as alternates, all votes were unanimous. There is paperwork that needs to be signed but all the alternates and the secretary will have that paperwork at the next meeting on April 12, 2016.

The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at 7:00pm at BACC.

Meeting adjourned at 7:33pm
