You are hereby notified that on May 8th 2018, the Bradford Planning Board voted to APPROVE the Site Plan for a Parking Lot Expansion, submitted to the Board on April 10th 2018, for property located at 2345 Route 114 & 2387 Route 114, Ayer & Goss, Map 06 Lot 106, and zoning district Residential Business, with a vote in favor of 6-0.
The conditions, to which the plan is subject, are listed below:
1. The parking lot shall not be paved.
2. Any future proposal to pave or expand the parking lot will require a Storm Water Runoff plan be conducted and submitted to the Bradford Planning Board for review and approval.
