Notice of Public Hearing pursuant to RSA 675:7 Zoning Amendments
A Public Hearing will be held in the Youth Room of the BradfordAreaCommunity Center at 7 PM on Tuesday January 28 regarding proposed amendments to the Bradford Zoning Ordinance.
Amendment one: amend Article V. Section C. Non-Conforming Use or Activity Section 1. to strike “except by special exception.”
Amendment two: Add a definition of feather signs to Article II, Definitions.
Amendment three: To allow feather signs without a permit under specific criteria
Amendment four: To add a new section to Article III of the Ordinance to limit storage of large vehicles and trailers in the Rural Business District.
