You are hereby notified of a hearing to be held at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, April 1,2020, at the Bradford Community Center, concerning a request by Jason Bugg for a Variance to Article Ill, Section DI of the Bradford Zoning Ordinance, regarding the minimum distance between a building and the edge of a public right-of-way.
On property located at 2780 State Route 114, Tax Map 21 Lot 26, the applicant proposes to construct an addition to an existing dwelling 27.5 feet from the State highway right-of-way.
