Selectmen’s Minutes November 25, 2013.
In attendance: Harry Wright, Chairman; Sonny Harris, Selectman; John Pfeifle, Selectman, Cheryl Behr, Administrator
Appearances:
1. Chief Valiquet introduced the new part time officer, Justin Crotty, to the Board of Selectmen.
2. Mark Goldberg, Laurie Brown, Alan Brown and Carl Goldberg, representing the Rescue Squad, met with the Board of Selectmen to discuss talks with Henniker Rescue on ambulance coverage for the town of Bradford. News articles have appeared in local papers and the members wish to keep the Board of Selectmen current with the progress. No plan has been formalized.
Regular business:
1. Selectmen quickly reviewed the budget requests. John Pfeifle has made some adjustments following a work session with Cheryl Behr. Harry Wright requested additional information on wage rates. Cheryl will provide the details next week. No budgets finalized. Once finalized, the Board will contact department heads with any changes.
2. John Pfeifle updated the Board on the Massasecum Covered Bridge project.
3. Two intent to cuts signed – Hall and Chivers.
4. Personnel action forms for the new police officers were signed by Selectmen
5. No minutes were reviewed.
