Call To Order and Roll Call:
Eileen Kelly, Chair called the meeting to order at 7:00pm with Jim Bruss, Design Build Construction Manager, George Cilley, John Greenwood, Mel Pfeifle, Audrey Sylvester, Marcia Keller, Jim Bibbo and Marge Cilley, Secretary present.
Jim Bruss furnished updated plans from Dave Drasba. Both a large print as well as smaller ones.
Review and Consideration of the October 2, 2013 minutes:
Motion was made by John Greenwood to approve the October 2, 2013 minutes as presented. Seconded by Mel Pfeifle. Motion carried unanimously
Eileen Kelly stated that the Selectmen were informed at their October 7, 2013 meeting, of the Town Hall Restoration Committee’s unanimous vote to recommend Bruss Construction as the company to be the Design Build Construction Manager for the Town Hall Project. (At that same meeting, the Selectmen moved to approve the THRC’s recommendation to appoint Bruss Construction as the Design Build Construction Manager)
Jim Bruss provided pictures of the topography on the south west corner behind the town hall that has been in question. Decision was that a full foundation can be built in that spot, however not a full basement, but a crawl space could be done. There is a large boulder on the edge. The cistern could be put there. This is to be an add alternate.
Motion was made by George Cilley to send out Requests for Scope of Services to the three previously selected engineers. Seconded by Marcia Keller. Motion carried unanimously.
Jim Bruss handed out an outline of an article for the BradfordBridge for the November edition.
Much discussion regarding an upstairs handicapped bathroom in the front of the building and ended up with the decision to include it as an add alternate.
Jim Bruss furnished a Conceptual Schedule to be followed which is broken down into four categories, with specific time lines. This schedule will be updated continuously.
It was also suggested that there should be two Saturday Forums prior to Town Meeting to keep the public interested and informed.
Fundraising subcommittee:
The Fundraising subcommittee and Jim Bruss is scheduled to meet October 21, 2013 at 3:00pm to interview and choose a Professional Fund Raiser and present their nomination to the Selectmen at their meeting that evening. The Professional Fund Raiser will be scheduled to report back to the Fund Raising Committee on November 12, 2013. Grants will be applied for until town Meeting.
A list of who may use the town hall once functionable was discussed, and will be updated by November 5th.

It was stated that each subcommittee should choose a Chair.
The next meeting will be held at the Community Center on: Thursday October 17, 2013 At 7:00pm.
Jim Bruss was thanked by the committee for the use of his facility.
There being no other business, meeting adjourned 9:10 pm.
