January 8th Zoning Minutes

In attendance: Brooks McCandlish ,Erich Caron, Denise Renk, and Mark Fournier
November minutes were accepted
Planning board requested the ATM machine lighting approval be made clearer. They wanted ZBA to verify that the motion to approve “the ATM” was motion to approve the variance application with conditions. A variance was requested for extra sign area and for internal illumination. The internal sign illumination was denied, but the extra area was not.
