ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

Review & Consideration of Minutes
Motion made to approve the minutes of April 1, 2015 with no changes. Vote passed 4-0.
Meeting Cancellation Policy
Proposed cancellation policy discussed. Board agreed ZBA Rules of Procedure should be amended to include a cancellation policy that requires any member of the public who wants to be on the ZBA Agenda needs to do so by the Friday before the scheduled meeting. If there is no business to come before the ZBA that month, the Board reserves the right to cancel the meeting and publicly post cancellation 2 days before the scheduled meeting. Final draft of proposed revisions will be presented at ZBA meeting June 3, 2015.
Planning & Zoning Conference
Board members discussed the highlights of this past Saturday’s OEP Planning & Zoning Conference.
Member Resignation
George Cilley advised he will be submitting his letter of resignation to the ZBA. The board thanked him for his time and his years of service. In light of his resignation the ZBA is in search of a suitable replacement.
As there were no new applications and no new business to come before the board meeting adjourned at 8:10pm. The next ZBA meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at 7:00pm.
