ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES

Call to Order and Roll Call:
Brooks McCandlish, Chair called the meeting to order at 7:00pm with George Cilley, Erich Caron, Alternate, Denise Renk and Marge Cilley Secretary present. Mark Fournier and Steve Pierce were absent.
Brooks McCandlish, Chair seated Erich Caron for Mark Fournier.
Review and Consideration of April 2, 2014 minutes:
Motion was made by George Cilley to approve the April 2, 2014 minutes as presented. Seconded by Erich Caron. Denise Renk abstained. Motion carried 3-0.
To Do Folder:
Chris Payson subdivision acknowledged.
Brooks McCandlish, Chair approved Denise Renk’s Planning & Zoning Conference invoices.
Review of May 3, 2014 Planning and Zoning Conference:
Denise Renk gave a synopsis of her attending the Planning and Zoning Conference with some of the suggested changes in routine from the State. Denise advised much of the information is available on line.
ZBA Handbooks:
The new Handbooks for Local Officials were handed out to members.
There being no other business to come before the board, meeting adjourned at 6:40pm.
