ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

Call to Order and Roll Call:
Brooks McCandlish, Chair called the meeting to order at 7:10pm with Nancy McEachern and Marge Cilley, Secretary present. Andrew Pinard, Richard Dionne and Bill Glennie were absent. There is not a quorum present.
Jim Wall, 10 High Street:
Jim Wall presented his Application including the checks to cover expenses for a Variance. He gave a presentation also of what he has done so far on his property, including a Plot Plan of the proposed 16’ X 3’ addition. Also shown was a map showing all of the abutters
The Zoning Board members present went over the Application.
The Zoning Board will try to meet again with a tentative date of June 15, 2011, so there can be a quorum and a decision made at that time.
A Public Hearing would then be set up for July 3, 2011 and noticed accordingly.
