Roll Call:

Meeting was called to order at 7:04 PM
Minutes of July 11, 2018 were reviewed and accepted.
New Business:
1. Paul Saxby appeared to discuss a Variance Application to place an off premise sign for Colonial Woodworking at 100 East Main Street, Map 17/Lot 1. The Board reviewed the process and application with Paul and set a Public Hearing date of September 5th to hear the application.
Other Business:
1. The Board conducted a final review of the Special Exception Application form. Final edits were accepted.
2. Similar language changes were also made to the Variance Application form and also accepted.
3. The Board discussed the application fees on both forms. The existing fee for the Special Exception application is $80.00 and the Variance Application is $70.00. Rates are based on time estimates involved in processing the applications. The Board discussed tracking time, over the next several months, and reassessing the application fee involved in processing both types of applications. They felt each took a similar amount of time, with the Variance process perhaps taking more time than the Special Exception process.
Motion: Nathaniel Bruss motioned to adopt the revised forms as amended with an additional edit to complete the form in ink or electronically, and to change the application fee on the Variance Application to $80.00.

1. The next ZBA meeting will be held at the BACC September 5, 2018 at 7:00 PM.
