Review and Consideration of Minutes
Minutes of May 4th approved after few corrections.
Receipt of Applications:
Rob Mooso: Rob has a seasonal camp with a shed and would like to take the shed down because it is not in good condition. He would like to move the location of the shed to a more level part of the land making the shed now 5ft. of the next property line. Motion to accept his application with conditions of list of abutters and checks made out to the Town of Bradford. There will be a Public Hearing on July 6th, 2016.
Unfinished business:
- Letter from Scott McClain: Anne Eldridge was in the audience and was able to inform the board that current Scott’s request for support is on hold until further notice.
New Business:
Walking Town Boundaries: This is the Selectmen’s responsibility but Perry Teele has asked for people to email him personally if they would e interested in volunteering to help with the boundary lines. Bradford is considered a Junior Town and needs to be notified by the surrounding towns as to when the boundary lines will be walked.
Communication and Miscellaneous
- Mark Fournier, Bill Duffy, and Heather Weed will be attending the conference on June 4th
