Decision: All in favor 4-0 Brooks Abstain
Motion: Nathanial motioned to elect Ken Parys as vice chair
Second: Beth Downs
Decision: All in favor 4-0 Ken Parys Abstain
Bill Duffy designated secretary for meeting.

Discussion of new recording secretary applicant Aimee Dallas.
Reviewed resume – Ken Parys volunteered to help with interview.
Reminder of OSI Training opportunities April 15th
Brief discussion of resumption of in-person meetings. Decision to wait until COVID infection numbers fall to more reasonable levels.
Zoning Board Communications: The next Zoning Board meeting with be held on May 5th, 2021 at 7:00pm Via Zoom. Instructions on how to attend can be found at https://www.bradfordnh.org .
