  • Review minutes of 8/2/2023 and 8/16/2023 minutes

August 2, 2023, minutes. Discussion: Nathanial asked to amend the following paragraph:

Nathanial Brooks asked the Board if this development is of regional significance. Board agreed that this development would not have regional impact.

Motion: Laura Beaton moved that the August 2, 2023 minutes be approved as written and amended.

August 16, 2023, minutes.

  • Receipt of applications: None.

Inquiry: An attorney representing property owners on East Main Street appeared to get guidance on the permitting process to convert a barn into two dwelling units in the residential/business zone. The Board advised that completing a variance application initially would probably be appropriate. A special exception application may be necessary.

  • Old business: Kathleen to check on dues and fees in applications and to make the formatting consistent.
