- Motion: William Duffy motioned to accept the written minutes with the correction that Jay and Judi Tucker were present as members of the public.

Review of application from Jay and Judi Tucker regarding building a front porch on 443 Rowe Mountain Road
- Porch Project Grandfathered: No
- Motion: Nathanial Bruss motioned to declare the application complete.
- Second: William Duffy
- Decision: 4-0
- Additional Notifications: Road Agent
- Regional Impact: Opinion of Board is that there is no regional impact.
- Site walk: Opinion of Board is that there is no need for a site walk as the property is well known to all members.
- Appropriate Fees Received: Board informed that they have been received.
- Public hearing to be scheduled for October 5th. Town office to send out public notice this week.
