New Business: Zoomconsultation with prospective property owner failed.
Old Business:
ZBA 2023-24 Budget: The Board decided to include: $1,200 for secretarial services; $180 for seminars; $50 for supplies, other line items remain unchanged from 2022-23.
Motion: Bill Duffy moved to approve the tentative Zoning budget as described.
Second: Nathanial Bruss
Decision: All in favor, 5-0
Communication and Miscellaneous: Jim and Laura would like to attend the following conference. They will contact the Town Administrator to arrange for payment.
