A public hearing will be held at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at the Bradford Area Community Center, concerning an application by Melisa Bodnaruk for a variance to Article V Section B2 and Article III Sections D1 and D4 of the Bradford Zoning Ordinance.
On property located at 80 Gillingham Drive, the applicant proposes to attach a 6’ by 16’ storage closet to a legal, non-conforming house. The proposed storage closet would extend to not more than 50 feet from the shoreline, and not more than 25 feet from the town road.
There will be a site walk open to the public on the property at 4:00 PM, Tuesday, October 18, 2022.
