BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
OCTOBER 28, 2008

Call to Order and Roll Call:
Robert Stewart, Sr. Chair called the Budget Committee Meeting to order at 7:00pm with Jane Lucas, Andrew Pinard, Selectmen Representative, Chris Aiken, Marlene Freyler, Gary Wall, Cheryl Behr, Administrator and Marge Cilley, Secretary present. Jack Meaney was absent.
Cheryl Behr, Administrator discussed some changes in the National Accounting Procedures to the committee and how it would affect budget lines in the Town Accounting.
Robert Stewart, Sr., Chair advised there was no voting tonight, only approval of Budget Items.

4313 Bridges
Cheryl Behr, Administrator advised this is going to be used this year.
4316 Street Lights
Cheryl Behr, Administrator advised PSNH has advised there will be a 10% increase this year. Gary Wall suggested one more street light be turned off.
4723 Interest on Tan
Robert Stewart, Sr. Chair mentioned his concern regarding taxes being paid
on time this year.
Cheryl Behr, Administrator advised Health Benefits are going down by 8% this year including dental, however, due to personnel benefit changes, the overall contribution will be going up.
There being no more items to be discussed at this time, the next meeting is scheduled for:
